LISBON – Dorothy Elizabeth Bouscher, 86, of state Route 518, died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2001, at her home under the care of her daughter, Deborah, and granddaughter, Lori Beth.
Mrs. Bouscher was born July 16, 1915, in Newell, a daughter of Millard and Olive Elizabeth Ketchum Buckley.
She was a East Liverpool High School graduate, a homemaker and lived in this area for most of her life.
Mrs. Bauscher taught Sunday School and vacation Bible school at West Beaver Presbyterian Church, where she attended church.
Her husband, William G. Bouscher, whom she married Feb. 1, 1936, preceded her in death on April 21, 1974.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. David (Janis K.) Bullock of Aurora, Colo., Mrs. Charles (Darlynn A. ) McCartney of Westminster, Colo., and Mrs. Robert (Deborah L.) Johnston of Lisbon; three sons, William J. Bouscher of El Centro, Calif.; Donald G. Bouscher of East Liverpool and Keith A. Bouscher of Lisbon; a sister, Mildred Williams of Chester; a brother, Everrett Buckley of Lisbon; 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jean Olive Bouscher.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Eells-Leggett Funeral Home with the Rev. Ted Ludwig of Bethel United Presbyterian Church officiating.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Burial will follow at Columbiana County Memorial Park, Calcutta.
