MINGO JUNCTION, Ohio – Betty L. Powers, 40, died Monday, June 24, 2002, at home
She was born in East Liverpool Sept. 1, 1961, the daughter of Paul R. Miller of Wellsville and the late Patsy L. Rose Miller.
She was employed as a supervisor with the Jefferson County Board of MRDD at the School of Bright Promise.
Besides her father, she is survived by three daughters, Stephanie L. Powers, Magan E. Powers and Rachael A. Powers, all of Mingo Junction; and a brother, Robert P. Miller of Wellsville.
Pastor Ronald Baum will conduct services at 11 a.m. Friday at the Wheeler Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in East Liverpool.
Visitation is 7 to 9 tonight and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
