Delores M. Westbrook
Died June 19, 2004

EMPIRE, Ohio – Delores M. Westbrook, 76, died Saturday, June 19,2004,in Lancia Villa Royale Nursing Home in Steubenville.
Delores was born Feb. 16, 1928, in Congo, W.Va., daughter of the late Charles and Pauline Goppert Boughner. Delores was a long time local Avon Representative for 35 years and was a member of Empire United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, Delores was preceded in death by her son, Larry Westbrook, who died Jan. 9, 2003, her brother, Ray Boughner, who died in November 2003. Delores was the loving wife of Dewey C. Westbrook Jr. of home, whom she married on Sept. 1, 1946; the beloved mother of Lorie Westbrook of Empire, Randy and his wife Carol Westbrook of Empire, John and wife Patricia Westbrook, Charles and wife Sue Westbrook and Dewey C. Westbrook III, all of Toronto, Ohio. She leaves a sister, Marlene and husband Raymond Piatt of Wellsville; two brothers, Warren and wife Sally Boughner of Woodland, Wash., and Carl Boughner of Midland. She is a loving grandmother to 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Friends and family may call on Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
On Wednesday, friends and family may call at the Empire United Methodist Church from 10 a.m. until the tie of services, which are at 11 a.m. Layman John Keenan from the Empire United Methodist Church will officiate, and burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery.
