Services will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home for Edward J. Campbell, 76, of 708 Jackson St., who died Sunday at 4:35 a.m. at City Hospital after an illness of seven weeks.
The Rev. H. Gene Toot of the Trinity United Presbyterian Church will officiate.
Mr. Campbell was born Jan. 14, 1904, in Beaver Falls, a son of the late Joseph Campbell and Louise Campbell. He spent most of his lifetime here and retired seven years ago from the Homer Laughlin China Co.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Flora Campbell, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Roger H. (Dora Mae) Backus of East Liverpool and Mrs. Alfred (Doris Louise) Harrelson of Niceville, Fla.; a step-daughter, Mrs. Clifford (Dorothy) Dick of LaCroft; a step-son, James F. Stacy and a brother, Louis Campbell, both of East Liverpool; a sister, Mrs. Dora Shamp of Shippingport, and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home tonight. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery.
