Frances Ann Glover, 69, of Chester passed away Sunday, January 25, 2009 at her residence.
She was born April 4, 1939 in Steubenville, a daughter of the late Boyd Francis and Ruth (Householder) Garrison. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Carol O’Shell.
Frances worked at the Hancock County Children’s Home, was co-owner of the Daily Double and a Protestant by faith.
She is survived by her companion, Ed Titus of Chester; three sons, Mark of New Cumberland and Brian and Scott, both of Chester; a brother, Robert Boyd Garrison of Buenos Aires; and two granddaughters, Kaylene Glover and Stefanie Glover, both of Chester.
Memorial services were set for Thursday, January 29, 2009 at 9 a.m. at the Turley Funeral Home with Craig Greathouse officiating.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Valley Hospice or the Hancock County Animal Shelter.
