Chester B. Blazer, 67, of W. 8th St., died in City Hospital today at 3:37 a.m. following an illness since March.
Mr. Blazer was born in Chester, Aug. 10, 1914, a son of Thurman Blazer and Lilly Johnson blazer.
The retired as a sagger maker at the New Castle Refractories.
Mr. Blazer was a membe of Eagles Lodge 457, Moose Lodge 122 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 66.
Survivors include a son, Samuel Blazer of Strafford, Conn. A daughter, Mrs. Laura Mae Sepasyar of Los Angeles, Calif., a brother, Thurman Blazer of Wellsville, a sister, Mrs. Lillian Jackson of Newell and five grandchildren.
Services are to be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Martin Funeral Home by the Rev. Terry Brown of the Assembly of God Church.
Burial is to be in Jackman Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon and night.
