EAST Liverpool – Doloris May Moore, 69, of Garner Avenue, died Friday, July 20, 2001, at Salem Community Hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born in East Liverpool March 22, 1932, a daughter of the late Daniel c. and Mary E. Guthrie Caldwell.
She retired as a nurse’s aide from City Hospital and was a member of the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert C. Moore, and two sons, Steven L. Bowers and David B. Bowers.
She is survived by a son, Charles F. Bowers of East Liverpool; three daughters, Mrs. Herbert “Butch” (Carolyn L.) Moore, Mrs. David (Jane A.) Russell and Mrs. Jeff (Debra) L. Wilson of East Liverpool.
The Rev, Tanta Luckhardt-Hendricks will conduct services at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Monday.
