RACCOON TWP. – Jacqueline D. “Jackie” Clayton, 58, died Friday, July 20,2001,of Alliquippa Community Hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born in St. Luis, Mo., May 8, 1943, a daughter of Margaret Lauman Grana Cochran of Bellflower, Calif., and the late Samuel Grana.
She was a former employee of the Corner Scoop in Raccoon Township and attended the Christian House Baptist Chapel.
She is survived by her husband, Glen Clayton; a son, Steven Clayton of Elkhart, Ind.; a daughter, Linda Queen of Edwardsville, Ill.; two brothers, Samuel Nick Grana of St. Louis, Mo., and Frank Grana of California; and six grandchildren.
The Rev. Brad Adams will conduct services at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Welch Funeral Home in Hookstown. Burial will be in John Anderson Memorial Cemetery in Raccoon Township.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
