April C. Kelley, 49, of New Cumberland passed away on Monday, July 14, 2008.
She was born September 23, 1958 in Riverhead, Long Island, New York, a daughter of Betty Bennett Daugherty of New Cumberland and the late Blaine Daugherty Sr.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Poet’s Society
Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, Lawrence K. Kelley, at home; a son, Shaun P. Kelley of McDonald, PA; three brothers, Blaine Daughtery J. and Darrell Daugherty, both of Weirton and Kenneth Daugherty of New Manchester; a sister, Penny K. Conrad and husband Larry of Weirton; maternal grandmother, Ruby Bennett of St. Marys; three grandchildren, Annabella, Preston and Aiden; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements were held privately. Interment was made in the New Cumberland Cemetery. The New Cumberland Chapel of the Nixon Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
