Mrs. Clara Firth Laughlin of Eggertsville, N. Y., a native of East Liverpool, died Tuesday night at the Deaconess Hospital in Buffalo, following a long illness. She was 68.
Mrs. Laughlin was born in East Liverpool, a daughter of the late Greenwood and Sarah Firth. She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School. She moved to New York about 38 years ago.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Laughlin at home; a daughter, Mrs. Sara Hartmetz of Cheektowaga, N. Y.; two brothers, S. R. Firth of Westlake and John Firth of East Liverpool; three sisters, Mrs. John G. Hohmann of Steubenville and Miss Emily Firth and Miss Irene Firth, both of East Liverpool and a granddaughter.
Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Malzen Funeral Home in Buffalo by the Rev. Glen V. Altz of Christ Methodist Church. Burial will be there.
