O. F. Beadle, 74, West Point farmer, died Thursday at 8 p.m. in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Clyde McMillan of Salem, following a brief illness.
Mr. Beadle was engaged in farming until the death of his wife, Mrs. Ida Poulton Beadle, in November, 1943. Since that time he has resided with his daughter,. He was born in Carroll County July 26, 1870
Besides his daughter, he is survived by three other daughters, Mrs. Mary Lanning and Mrs. Don Smith of East Liverpool and Mrs. Carrie Carnahan of Newell; three sons, Thomas Beadle of East Liverpool, Sgt. Don Beadle of Camp Hood, Tex., and Cpl. David Beadle in England; five brothers, Robert J. Beadle, Vail Beadle, Samuel Beadle and Roy Beadle of Carrollton, and Roland Beadle of Mineral City, and a sister, Mrs. Mellie Wiard of Carrollton.
Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Martin funeral home by Rev. V. A. Schreiber. Burial will be in the Madison Cemetery.
Friends may call Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home.
