Feralyn “Lynn” Herrin, 52, of New Cumberland passed away, Sunday, September 20, 2009.
She was born January 18, 1957 in East Liverpool, a daughter of Feral and Amelia Kelly Beebout of New Cumberland.
Lynn graduated from Oak Glen High School, class of 1975. She formerly worked in the kitchen at Fox’s and as a cashier for Russ Davis IGA. She was a member of the Chester Church of the Nazarene.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Beebout; maternal grandparents, Elmer and Katie Keller; and paternal grandparents, Harry and Vira Beebout
Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, James Herrin of North Carolina; two sons, Eric Herrin and companion, Christine of East Liverpool and Brad Herrin of Chester, a stepdaughter, Lori Miller (Nelson) of Pennsylvania; eight grandchildren; a brother, Murdock Beebout and companion Dawn of Michigan; three sisters, Cindy Carney (Phil) of Toronto, Debra Walker (Bruce) of New Cumberland and Elizabeth “Libby” Beebout of Chester; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held September 22, 2009 at the Newell Chapel of the Nixon Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Cummings officiating.
