Donald R. McIntosh, 63, of 43587 Hibbetts Mill Rd., Wellsville, was pronounced dead on arrival at City Hospital Friday at 11:01 a.m. He had been in failing health for some time.
Mr. McIntosh was born Dec. 6, 1912, in East Liverpool, a son of Clement McIntosh and Leah Hottel McIntosh. He retired in 1975 because of poor health from the Stevenson Co, where he had been employed as a burner. He was a member of the Yellow Creek United Presbyterian Church.
In addition to his widow, Mrs. Fife McIntosh, at home, survivors include five sons, Fred McIntosh of Rossford, Ohio, Donald McIntosh of Jackson, Mich., Raymond McIntosh of Cleveland and James McIntosh and Richard McIntosh; three daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Barbara) McManus of Jackson, Mich., Mrs. John (Agnes) McCarron and Miss Sharon McIntosh both of Wellsville, and 17 grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the MacLean Funeral Home in Wellsville by the Rev. David G. Vellenga. Burial will be in Yellow Creek Church Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday afternoon and night.
