Mrs. Bella Whitehead

Mrs. Bella Whitehead, 81, of 207 Beechwood Ave. died at 2:30 p.m. Friday at her home after an illness of three months.
A former Lisbon resident, she had resided here the last nine months.
She was born Aug. 11, 1884, in Chester a daughter of William and Kezziah Daniels Johnston.
Mrs. Whitehead was a member of the Lisbon Church of the Nazarene.
Her husband, James Whitehead, died April 24, sf1944, and a son, Edward Whitehead, died in 1960.
She leaves five daughters, Mrs. Lillie Alexander and Mrs. Goldie Eddy, both of East Liverpool; Mrs. Ella Mae Wymer of Lisbon R. D.; Mrs. Alberta Lawrence of Steubenville, and Mrs. Mary Belle Moore of Cadiz; two sons, Aleck Whitehead of Salem and Ray Whitehead of Cadiz; 23 grandchildren, and 48 great-grandchildren.
Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Henry Funeral Home at Lisbon, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
The Rev. Russell Long of the Lisbon Church of the Nazarene will officiate. Burial will be in Lisbon Cemetery.
