Charles Irvin Bosworth, 62, 506 25th St. Vienna, died at 7:30 p.m. yesterday at Selby General hospital in Marietta, after a brief illness.
Born Jan. 16, 1899, in Marietta, he was a son of the late Dan and Elizabeth Breen Bosworth. He spent most of his life in Parkersburg and Vienna.
He was employed as a tool and die maker for the Union Insulating Co. in Parkersburg.
Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Bernice Bosworth; two sons, Dean Bosworth, Vienna, and Richard Bosworth, Buffalo, N. Y.; two grandchildren; two brothers, Robert Bosworth, Williamstown, and Brenton Bosworth, Flint, Mich.
Mr. Bosworth was preceded in death by two daughters, Kathryn and Sue Bosworth.
The body was removed to the Leavitt funeral home where friends may call. Funeral arrangements were incomplete last night.
