EMERYVILLE, Calif. – Bryan Hall Pelley, 73, passed away March 30, 2004, at Kaiser Hospital in Hayward, Calif.
He was born Sept, 26, 1930, in East Liverpool to Milton and Nell Pelly.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired from Westraco in Emeryville, Calif.
He is survived by his wife, Karhryn L. Pelley; sons, Alan and Michael; two grandchildren; and three sisters, Betty Myers, Gayle Merriman of East Liverpool and Olive Emmerling of Canton, Ohio
There were no service.
