CHESTER – Ruth A. Stull, 56, died Monday, Jan. 19, 2004
She was born March 11, 1947, in Pennsboro, W.Va., a daughter of the late Ray and Dorothy Caldwell Stull.
She was a laborer at Riverview Florist.
She is survived by a son, Ronald Briggs of East Liverpool; a daughter, Cynthia Palmer of Koppel, Pa.; two brothers, Carl E. Owens of East Liverpool and Lewis Owens of Chester; two sisters, Melissa Johnson of Chester and myrtle Owens Kenne of Warren, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by a son, Morris Briggs.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Arner Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.
