EAST LIVERPOOL – Marjorie E. Sendling, 81, of East Liverpool, died Monday, March 29, 2004, at East Liverpool City Hospital.
She was born June 20, 1922, in Irondale, the daughter of the late Hezekiah and Cora (Takcett) Hackney.
She was a waitress for the former East Liverpool bus Terminal and a member of the Irondale Church of God.
Her husband, Russell G. Sendling, preceded her in death.
Survivors include one daughter, Deborah Talbert of East Liverpool; two sons, Gary Sendling of Lisbon and Russell Sendling of Guilford Lake; two sisters, Lucille Morgan of Florida and Garnet Blaschak of East Liverpool; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville with Pastor Sandy Payette of the Irondale Methodist Church officiating.
Burial will follow in Highlandtown Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
