NEW CUMBERLAND – Services will be held Wednesday fro Thresa S. McDaniel, 91, of Rivendale Personal Care Home who died Sunday, March 28, 2004, at the Weirton Medical Center.
She was born in Ellamore, W.Va., Sept.1, 1912, a daughter of the late Harvey A. and Eva L. Dietzel Childres.
She was a member of the First Christian Church, Weirton, and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Linzy Dixon Sr.; and her second husband, Eugene L. McDaniel.
She is survived by a son, Linzy “Bud” Dixon of Weirton; a sister, Loraine McVaney of Clarksburg, W.Va.; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Kevin Bowers and the Rev. Charles E. Andrews will conduct the services at 11 a.m. at the Turley Funeral Home. Burial in New Cumberland Cemetery.
Visitation from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
