Died Dec. 7, 2003

EAST LIVERPOOL – Russell M. Wiseman, of East Liverpool for the past two years, was a resident of Mentor, Ohio prior to that.
He was born May 30, 1913 in Hawatha, Kan. And died Dec 7, 2003, in East Liverpool
He was a member of Mentor United Methodist Church, Willoughby Lodge 302, F&AM, lake Erie Consistory, Al Koran Shrine, Past President of Eagle Shrine Club, Past Monarch of Caliph Grotto, member of Hobo Band and Kentucky Colonial, Past President of Lake County Creative Artists Association.
He retired in 1978 from Diamond Shamrock in Cleveland as a mechanical engineer in the Central Engineering Department after 34 yerar.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Enid B., nee Benson; a daughter, Janice (Rev. William) Church of East Liverpool; a son, Russell B. (Deborah) of Galion, Ohio. Grandchildren Sarah Wiseman of Dayton, Ohio and Lesley (Harry) Albritton of Farmville, N.C.; David (Aimee) Ferguson of Susses, Wi., Thomas Ferguson of Charleston, W.Va.; great-grandchildren Evan and Abigail Ferguson and a brother, Hilton Wiseman of N. C.
Funeral service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, 368 Mentor Ave. (opposite Lake Erie College) Painesville.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at eh funeral home.
His son-in-law, the Rev. William Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in East Liverpool will officiate.
Interment will be in Mentor Cemetery.
