Margaret Allison

CHESTER, W.Va. – Margaret L. Allison, 88, of the Adkins Nursing Home, formerly of Carolina Avenue, Chester, Died at 10:15 a.m. Monday, at East Liverpool City hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born May 25, 1909, in Newell, the daughter of Homer C. and Lavada Williams Seevers, and a lifelong area resident.
Mrs. Allison was a member of the Newell United Methodist Church, the Dames of Malta and the Rebecca Lodge of Chester.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank M. Allison, whom she married May 25, 1928.
She is survived by a brother, James Seevers of Hilliard; a niece; and several nephews.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Adams and Dorothy Jean Seevers; and two brothers, Glenn G. and Dick Seevers.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Dawson Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Parry officiating.
Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
