LISBON, July 17 (Special)—Mrs. Carrie Mae Endley, widow of George Endley, died Saturday at 4:40 p.m. in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Helen Lawton of Jerome St., following a long illness. She was 84.
Born here, May 22, 1866, a daughter of Absalom and Mahala King, she lived here all her life. She was a member of the Presbyterian church for over 50 years and belonged to the Women’s Bible Class. Her husband died in 1931.
Besides her daughter, Mrs. Lawton, she is survived by three brothers, Judson King of Lisbon, John King of Massillon, and Charles King of Englewood, Calif., four grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday at 2 pm. from the Eells-Leggett Funeral Home by Rev. Paul T. Gerrand.
Friends may call at the funeral home tonight.
