WELLSVILLE—Services will be held Thursday for Isabel “Vi” Trough, 71, who died Monday, Nov. 8, 1999, at the Nentwick Convalescent Center.
She was born Oct. 7, 1927, in Twiggs, W.Va., a daughter of the late Melvin R. and Cora Givens Smith.
She was employed at the former T. S. & T. Pottery, last working in the engo department before retiring. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Wellsville and the International Brotherhood of Potters and Allied Workers. She was an avid bingo player.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Brock of Wellsville and Tarry Wilson of Gilbert, S. C.; a brother, Russell Smith of Chester and two granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Gladys Lovett.
Services will be at 11 a.m. at the Newell Chapel of the Nixon Funeral Home. Burial will be in Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 today.
