SALINEVILLE, July 3 – Mrs. Allie Goddard, 81, lifetime resident of Salineville, died Sunday at 6 a.m. in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Olive Johnson, Lincoln st., following a long illness.
She was born May 17, 1863, in Salineville, a daughter of the late James and Anne Wallace, and spent her entire life time in this community. She was a life-long member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Lois Morrow of Salineville and Mrs. Verne Borchert of Cleveland; two sons, Charles Goddard and Merald Goddard of Salineville; a sister, Mrs. Anna Kellogg of Salineville, and 15 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. from the Church of Christ by the pastor, Rev. H. D. Martin. Burial will be in Woodland cemetery.
